Product Description

Machine features:
1. Scope: Toilet roll / Kitchen towel /Maxi roll / JRT / Industrial roll
2. Perforator is controlled by individual inverter, it guarantees the accuracy of the perforation sheet length during long-turn production.
3. Winding log diameter Φ80-300mm, band saw cutting roll diameter Φ80-135mm
4. Optional unit: Edge-embossing,Embossing unit, Lamination unit
5. Single maxi roll shrinking wrap (optional)
6. 2 / 4/ 6 maxi roll shrinking wrap (optional)

Toielt roll / Kitchen towel Rewinding machine
Machine features:
1. Individual motor driving wall-type unwinder. It has simple and strong structure, it is easy for cleaning.
Standard jumbo roll diameter ≤Φ1500mm.
Larger jumbo roll size unwinders are available to be ordered.

2. Perforator is controlled by individual inverter, it guarantees the accuracy of the perforation sheet length during long-turn production.

3. Winding diameter Φ90-300mm
One rewinder can various rolled tissue products, rolls' diameter from 90mm to 300mm.

4. Each unit is driven by independent motor. The driving system doesn't adopt gearbox , manual speed adjustor any more. Driving system is simpler and easy maintenance.

5. Web tension at each unit could be set on the touch screen.

Machine features:

Equipped with flexible clamping system, it can work with different cutting log diameters without replacing the clamper . Clamping log diameter can be set on touch panel directly.
Cutting operation is fully automatic , increase the safety in production.
Saw blade tension is controlled by hydraulic system . The compact rolls which carry hard paper cores are cut easily.
It is easy to operate this band saw by setting some simple cutting parameters on touch panel.

Automatic Maxi roll / JRT roll sealing & shrink machine
This machine is designed for shrinking wrapping.
It includes two main parts:
1. Side sealing machine. It is autoamtic model, no need manual operation.
2. Heating tunnel for shrinking with Intelligent temperature controller

Lable machine can be added in this line.

This machine is designed for cutting toilet paper and kitchen roll.

1. This machine runs automatically. It avoids the danger of manual cutting.

2. Equipped with a paper logs transfer stand to connect the upstream rewinder. ,.
